Summary: Stephanie ran through our arrival. Showed us the keys and said just lock the sliders when you leave. One of them does not lock from the outside, you have to go out the back door. Grounds, walkway full of raked leaves just left in a pile, I swept them up and out of our walking path . Wifi listed on welcome sheet incorrect, manager came over and said it was wrong, some speel about problems with computer. Don't worry about renting, we were told we were the last. When we logged back into VRBO we saw construction discount, asked about it, some excuses were made, little lies told ( construction starts at 9, not, 6:30 am. Skill saw, jackhammer etc) We're good people, put up with it and did not attack anyone, just asked for the discount price. VRBO was not helpful in the matter, take it up with the owner, manager. Chris was not helpful! The island is beautiful, and the people who really work, wonderful!
